Fit & Fab is a membership community for lifestyle, wellness and performance operating in London and Northamptonshire, United Kingdom. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Fit & Fab.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
3. Nature of the service
The Platform curates lifestyle, wellness, longevity, fitness, nutrition, image and performance content, events and introductions to independent experts. We do not provide medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not misrepresent your identity or eligibility.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, defamatory or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Platform.
- Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members and experts.
5. Content ownership
All content published by Fit & Fab (articles, videos, webinars, guides and design) is owned by us or our licensors and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
6. Third parties & experts
Experts introduced through the Platform are independent professionals. Any engagement is directly between you and the expert. See our Expert Disclaimer.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss and for loss arising from your reliance on lifestyle content. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud).
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment or conduct that harms other members. See our Cancellation Policy.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
