Membership cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time from Account Settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Where legally required (for example, the 14-day cooling-off period for UK/EU consumers on new subscriptions), a pro-rated refund will be issued on request for the unused portion, less any fees for services already delivered.
Event cancellation
- Free events: cancel at any time before the event to release your place.
- Paid events: full refund up to 14 days before the event; 50% refund up to 48 hours before; no refund after that.
- Retreats and residentials: separate terms apply and will be shared at booking.
Consultation cancellation
Consultation requests can be withdrawn at any time before the expert accepts. After acceptance, please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged at the expert's discretion.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. For queries email billing@fitandfab.club.
Cancellation by us
We may cancel a booking, event or membership for safety, conduct, force majeure or operational reasons. Where we cancel, we will offer a full refund or an equivalent alternative.
